Cladco 32/1000 Box Profile Sheeting gives robust strength with a thickness of 0.7mm. Also known as single-skin Box Profile Sheets, this Sheet incorporate 6 profiles of 200mm pitch and 32mm in height. Each Sheet gives a 1 metre width coverage when lapped. Please note that Polyester Paint Coated Sheets can be easily scratched, so care must be taken when handling/installing.

We advise the use of TEK screws with BAZ washer on our corrugated sheets as the BAZ washer creates a seal.

Ridges area major component in any profiled clad apex roof and as they are available in a range of colours and finishes to match our roof sheets, they will enhance the aesthetics of any building.

Sometimes referred to as verges, roof edge barge flashings can be used at the end of a run of sheets and will seal off the edge. A vital part of any profiled clad roof, metal roof barge flashing helps to weatherproof a building and add an aesthetically pleasing element to your finished roof project.

These metal roof barge flashings are available in 150mm x 150mm, made from GreenCoat® Pural BT and will match or contrast the look of your roof, depending on the look you’re after, available in nordic night black, slate grey, and copper brown. You can secure them to your roofing using stitching screws and will need to allow for an overlap of a minimum of 200mm when fitting end on end.

Each 90 degree Corner Flashing can be used at the end of a run of sheets to trim and seal off the edge of a roof. Steel Flashings are a vital part of any roofing or cladding project, helping to improve weatherproofing and aesthetics. Available in a range of colours to match or contrast Tile Form Roofing Sheets. Flashings are installed using 22mm Stitching Screws to the roofing sheets below. Allow a minimum 200mm overlap when fitting Corner Barge Flashings.

Finish your building with Cladco Nordic Ridge Flashings available with a GreenCoat® Pural BT coating. Nordic Ridge Flashings are installed at the top of your roofing installation to cover the ridge gap between roof sheets. Choose from three colours to match Cladco Tile Form Sheets.

GreenCoat® Pural Abutment Flashings are made in 3m lengths from high-quality, coated steel. Complete the internal edge of a lean-to building, for example, with matching profiled Roofing Sheets. These Flashings are designed to flex 10-15 degrees either way from 110-degrees, and available in a choice of three colours: Nordic Black, Slate Grey and Copper Brown.
