Uses of our 32/1000 40mm Thick Insulated Panels
Cladco Insulated Panels can be used on various projects for both cladding and roofing installations. Insulated Composite Panels are engineered Panels, often replacing traditional insulation methods, and are available in set lengths from 2.5m to 5m.
Cladco Insulated Panels are manufactured as a single component with a pre-finished steel topcoat and an insulated composite core. Manufactured using a high-quality, pre-finished metallic coating in an attractive Goosewing Grey colour, the PVC Plastisol coating provides resistant against scratching. More information can be found in the Performance Overview below.
32/1000 Profiled Insulated Panels can be installed alongside standard Roofing Sheets, if preferred. Installation times are sped up having the insulation included within the Sheets.
Benefits of Cladco Insulated Panels
Insulated Panels are a cost-effective, durable and energy-efficient option for various buildings, with a one-metre width coverage when installed. Panels feature a profile depth of 32mm and a thickness of 40mm.
Insulation Sheets can be used within the roof or walls and can help reduce the amount of noise penetrating through your building, as well as helping to protect the building from rapid temperature changes.
Cladco Insulated Panels can be installed vertically or horizontally on either roofing or wall installations. Panels are installed using a left to right lay direction, with a 25mm cutback at a minimum 4-degree pitch. Panels can be cut to size using a cold cut circular saw. All cutting should be done on a flat and level surface. For health and safety requirements, please see the HSE website.
