High Quality Steel
The coated steel strips we make into our roof cladding are produced in accordance with a strict series of quality standards by leading suppliers, giving us traceability and quality control. All our corrugated sheets, box profile sheets and purlin products have been independently tested to current CE EN 14782 requirements for your peace of mind.

Durable Coatings
As a roofing sheet material, steel has long been used and has the added benefit of being recyclable. To produce our pre-coated roof sheets, a system of multi-layer coatings is applied to the zinc-coated high tensile steel strip and then oven-cured to ensure optimum adhesion. This gives our roofing sheets excellent corrosion resistance and climatic protection together with abrasion resistance and a strong structure.
Our Coatings
PVC plastisol - for corrugated & box profile roofing sheets
A pre-finished steel sheet with a 200-micron coating of high-quality PVC plastisol with an embossed leather grain finish. This coated roof cladding gives long life, typically 15 to 25 years until the first maintenance or repaint is needed, with a life in excess of 30 years in normal environments. Available as corrugated roof sheets and box profile roofing sheets plus flat sheets, this coating provides high resistance to scratching and damage.

GreenCoat® Pural BT - for standing seam roofing sheets
A sustainable and environmentally friendly choice of coating, GreenCoat® Pural BT is made resourcefully with Swedish rapeseed oil. This coating provides optimal resistance to weathering, UV damage and corrosion and can be installed any time of the year, in temperatures as low as -15 °C.
With a matt finish, this coating has an excellent aesthetic appeal that has superior scratch resistance. GreenCoat® Pural BT is available for our standing seam sheets, flashings and flat sheets. In normal conditions, you can expect our Pural BT steel sheets to last up to 40 years.

Polyester paint - for corrugated & box profile roofing Sheets
A 25-micron thick smooth coating, economic to use and gives excellent weather resistance, typically 8 to 12 years to first maintenance or repaint with a life in excess of 20 years in normal environments, but only moderate resistance to scratching. This coating is also available as box profile sheets, corrugated sheet metal and flat sheets.
Both PVC plastisol and polyester coated steel roof cladding sheets are available in an extensive range of colours, where choice and aesthetic appeal can be matched to environmental and performance requirements. Both types feature a light grey coating on the reverse side.

Galvanised steel - for corrugated, box profile & flat roofing sheets
Coated with a protective layer of zinc, these steel roof cladding sheets are a long-lasting and low maintenance solution, and the most cost-effective covering for your building. These are often favoured for traditional projects were coloured roofing sheets aren’t required, and are available as box profile roofing sheets and corrugated roofing, plus flat sheets that can be used to create your own flashings, or weatherproofing and lining floors and walls.
