32/1000 Box Profile PVC Plastisol Coated Roof Sheet
These 32/1000 box profile PVC plastisol roof sheets offer a versatile roofing and cladding solution for domestic, agricultural and industrial projects. Finished with a durable leather‑grain PVC plastisol coating, they provide enhanced resistance to weathering, scratches and UV exposure, making them ideal for more demanding environments.
About Our 32/1000 Box Profile PVC Plastisol Coated Roof Sheets
A great choice if you’re looking for a metal sheet that offers enhanced protection against scratches and UV exposure and everyday wear, particularly in agricultural, industrial or exposed environments, our 32/1000 box profile PVC plastisol sheets are designed to provide long‑lasting protection from the elements. Suitable for both roofing and cladding, they’re well suited to domestic, agricultural and industrial environments.
With two thicknesses available, the 0.5mm option provides a lightweight solution typically used for standard cladding installations. The 0.7mm sheets are generally preferred for roofing applications thanks to their added strength and rigidity. For roofing projects where condensation control is required, the 0.7mm sheets are also available with Dripstop, a factory‑applied anti‑condensation layer designed to absorb moisture and prevent drips inside the building.
This 32/1000 box profile sheet features a design made for strength, with six evenly spaced profiles set at 200mm centres, delivering a finished cover width of 1000mm when lapped. Each profile has a height of 32mm, with flat pan sections measuring approximately 132mm wide and crown widths of 24mm. This well‑proportioned profile contributes to the sheet’s excellent strength and makes it well‑suited to demanding environments when combined with a PVC plastisol coating.
Benefits of 32/1000 Box Profile Sheets
- Enhanced surface durability for demanding environments
- Suitable for cladding and roofing applications
- Works effectively on roof pitches as low as 4°
- Wider valleys compared to 34/1000 improve rainwater run‑off
- Leather‑grain PVC plastisol finish delivers long‑lasting protection
The defined profile and wider valleys also help promote efficient rainwater run‑off, making this sheet a practical option for buildings in rural or wooded areas where leaves and debris are more common.
Finished with a leather‑grain PVC plastisol coating, these sheets are primed before the external surface is coated with 200 microns of embossed PVC plastisol and made available in a choice of eleven colours, including slate blue, goosewing grey, and vandyke brown. The reverse (internal) face is galvanised and finished with a standard alkali grey wash coat. This multi‑layer coating system delivers exceptional durability, typically providing 15 to 25 years before first maintenance and a lifespan in excess of 40 years in normal environments, along with excellent resistance to scratching and everyday damage.

Fixing Guidance
Designed for flexible installation across a range of building types, 32/1000 box profile sheeting is suitable for use within built‑up insulated systems, for over‑cladding existing roofs, or as a single‑skin solution. For roofing applications, sheets can be installed on pitches as low as 4° using conventional through‑sheet self‑drilling fasteners secured through the lower part of the profile.
To finish the system, we also supply a full range of matching box profile flashings in the same PVC plastisol finish, helping to maintain a consistent appearance while providing reliable, long‑term protection from the elements.
For a secure, weather‑tight installation, box profile sheets should be fixed through the valley of the profile using appropriate fasteners. Screws should be tightened carefully to avoid under‑ or over‑tightening, ensuring the washer seals correctly. For a neat, weathertight, and professional finish, foam fillers and colour‑matching screw caps are available to close off the eaves and conceal fixings. Working out the total square meterage of your roof will require measuring the total width of the roof’s area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point) to the apex (the highest point) of the roof. This should be undertaken carefully and safely.
We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square meterage of the roof.
For apex, or dual-sided, roofs, you will need to work out the square meterage of each side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
