Vent 3 Pro: a high-performing, three-layered breathable fabric membrane, manufactured out of highly flexible polypropylene layers, bonded around a micro-porous polypropylene film. It is designed to be used with an unsupported or fully supported slated, tiled or metal roofing system and has ultra-high permeability for moisture and vapour whilst keeping a superior level of resistance to water. Vent 3 Pro Breathable Roofing Membrane has a pale green top surface with a white face beneath.
The top-level waterproof nature and vapour permeability of the Roofing membrane, alongside its exceptional strength, makes Vent 3 Pro the ideal choice for installation on both cold and warm applications. It is equally suited to be draped over joists/rafters or set down over insulation directly, allowing vapours to escape from inside the roofing structure, still protecting from wind-driven snow or rain and/or dust – which could perforate the main waterproofing of the roof. Vent 3 Pro is a BBA-certified, long-lasting, quality membrane designed to last alongside the entire lifespan of the roofing construction.
