Trisomet 333 panels comprise an environmentally friendly bonded polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core with a high insulating coefficient sandwiched in a profiled metal sheet skin. Approved by the LPCB for fire performance.

Standard width 1000mm when lapped. The external face features a wider spaced box (trapezoidal) profile of 32mm depth. Available in a range of lengths and foam core depths (40mm, 60mm, 80mm and 100mm). A coloured PVC Plastisol coating is available for the external face. A white polyester paint finish available for the internal face which is otherwise galvanised.

Benefits:

Trisomet panel's steel interlocking joint gives a flush internal finish and gives 1 hour fire resistance.
The panel carries approval by the LPCB and FM for both roof and wall applications.
The interlocking angled joint compresses tightly to give excellent resistance to air permeability.
Cold bridging is virtually eliminated.
Closed cell foam and bonded construction makes the panel ideal for high humidity situations.
Trisomet is fast to fix with the complete cladding system installed in one go.
Panels are made in a factory controlled environment, making the system less dependent on site conditions during installation.
Installation cost is low due to the simplicity and speed of installation.
No side lap sealant is required for Trisomet, which reduces cost, time and labour.
