32/1000 Box Profile Polyester Paint Coated Roof Sheet
Cladco 32/1000 box profile sheeting is a versatile and reliable metal roofing and cladding solution, suitable for domestic, agricultural, commercial and industrial projects. Available in 0.5mm and 0.7mm thicknesses, it allows you to choose the right balance of strength and practicality. Finished with a durable polyester paint coating, it offers dependable weather protection and long‑term performance.
Please note these polyester paint-coated roofing sheets can scratch if mishandled, so care must be taken when handling/installing.
About Our 32/1000 Box Profile Polyester Paint Coated Roof Sheets
If you’re in the market for a metal roofing sheet that delivers strength, reliability and long‑term performance, box profile sheeting is an increasingly popular choice thanks to its impressive versatility. It’s suitable for a wide range of projects, from domestic roofing through to industrial, agricultural and commercial applications.
Cladco 32/1000 box profile sheeting is available in two thicknesses, allowing you to choose the right option for your project. The 0.5mm thickness is ideal for lightweight cladding applications, while the 0.7mm option offers added rigidity and durability, making it well suited to roofing and more demanding environments.
These sheets provide a clean, consistent appearance across roofs and walls, with six profiles spaced at 200mm intervals and an effective cover width of 1000mm when lapped. The profile height of 32mm helps maintain rigidity, while the 132mm pan widths and 24mm crown sections create a neat, uniform finish that suits a wide range of roofing and cladding applications.
Benefits of 32/1000 Box Profile Sheets
- Versatile for domestic, industrial and agricultural use
- Ideal for wooded areas
- Rigid 32mm profile for reliable strength
- Suitable for low pitch roofs as low as 4°
- Durable 25‑micron polyester painted coating for long life
In roofing applications, the wider valleys created by having one fewer profile per sheet than our 34/1000 box profile allow for improved drainage. These broader channels also make 32/1000 sheets particularly effective in wooded or rural areas, where leaf fall and debris are common, as they can be cleared more easily from the roof surface.
Thanks to its well‑defined profile and wider valleys, 32/1000 box profile sheeting promotes efficient rainwater run‑off. This makes it a practical choice for buildings in areas exposed to falling leaves or debris, such as rural or wooded locations.
Finished with a smooth polyester paint coating and available in a choice of five colours, these sheets feature a 25‑micron enamel finish designed to deliver a robust roofing solution. In normal environments, you can expect 8–12 years before first maintenance or repainting is required, with an overall lifespan in excess of 20 years.
You can use Cladco box profile metal sheeting as part of a built‑up insulated system, for over‑cladding an existing roof, or as a single‑skin application.

Fixing Guidance
When used for roofing, installation can be safely carried out on pitches as low as 4°, using conventional through‑sheet self‑drilling fasteners fixed through the lower part of the profile. We also provide a wide range of box profile flashings in the same polyester painted finish, helping to ensure a consistent appearance and reliable protection from the elements. Our range of foam fillers will also seal the eaves, protecting against pests and the elements.
Care should be taken not to under‑ or over‑tighten the screws, as this can prevent the washer from sealing correctly. For a clean, professional finish, colour‑matching screw caps are also available to neatly conceal fixings.

Working out the total square meterage of your roof will require measuring the total width of the roof’s area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point) to the apex (the highest point) of the roof. This should be undertaken carefully and safely.
We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square meterage of the roof.
For apex, or dual-sided, roofs, you will need to work out the square meterage of each side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
