About Our 0.7mm GreenCoat® Steel Standing Seam Roof Sheet without Ribs
If your project calls for a sleek metal roof that prioritises clean lines and modern simplicity, our ribless A1 fire-rated 30/500 standing seam sheets offer a contemporary finish without compromising on strength or performance. Designed for both roofing and cladding, this interlocking system delivers a refined, minimalist look that suits design‑led domestic and commercial builds.
Manufactured from premium pre‑coated steel and rated A1 for fire safety, these sheets provide outstanding performance in projects where safety, durability and appearance are equally important. The absence of ribs creates a smooth, uninterrupted surface similar to traditional zinc roofing, making these sheets ideal for contemporary extensions, stylish conversions, and architectural new builds that demand visual impact.
To support a range of installation needs, sheets are available with either a 32mm pre‑folded eaves lip for secure eaves detailing or straight‑cut ends for cladding applications. The interlocking seams create a strong mechanical connection between sheets, ensuring a stable, weather‑resistant finish even on more challenging sites.

Fixing Guidance
For best results, install over RoofTX Maxi roofing membrane on OSB or plywood, securing sheets with annular ring nails.
In high‑wind or coastal areas, additional reinforcement using colour‑matched low-profile stitcher screws is advised. For fixing sheets into timber or connecting overlapping runs lengthways, our 35mm low-profile wood screws offer a discreet and reliable solution. While the use of these screws result in a small number of visible fixings, their colour‑coordinated finish helps them merge with the rest of the system.
When handling sheets, rotate them clockwise with the eaves end forward to avoid damaging the surface of the sheet. A standard tolerance of ±10mm applies.

Working out the total square meterage of your roof will require measuring the total width of the roof’s area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point) to the apex (the highest point) of the roof. This should be undertaken carefully and safely.
We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square meterage of the roof.
For apex, or dual-sided, roofs, you will need to work out the square meterage of each side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
