About Our Tile Form 0.7mm Thick GreenCoat® Pural Coated Roof Sheet

Often referred to as tile effect roofing sheets, these roofing sheets provide a more practical and resistant alternative to classic clay tiles. They are commonly chosen for self-build and domestic projects; however, they can easily be applied to larger agricultural or commercial installations where this look and high-quality sheets are required.

The 0.7mm thick sheets are long-lasting, durable, and A1 fire-rated for increased construction safety and peace of mind, while the steel itself is lightweight to make installation as simple as possible. Blending classic style with modern efficiency, these sheets are designed to deliver reliable performance alongside an attractive tiled appearance.

Specifications

  • Available thicknesses: 0.7mm
  • Profile depth: 41mm
  • Minimum pitch: 12°
  • Standard cover width (when lapped): 1000mm
  • Maximum length: 6m
  • Finish: GreenCoat® Pural BT

These sheets are specified for roof pitches of 12° or higher so that the waved profile doesn’t get in the way of debris and water from being removed. To ensure a complete and professional finish to tile form installation, please see our range of compatible flashings.

You can also apply Dripstop to your tile form sheets for installation, where condensation and moisture buildup are a concern. This extra layer is applied to the underside of the sheets during the manufacturing process, and helps to collect excess water and transform it into vapour.

How To Calculate Square Metres plus minus

Working out the total square meterage of your roof will require measuring the total width of the roof’s area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point) to the apex (the highest point) of the roof. This should be undertaken carefully and safely.

We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square meterage of the roof.

For apex, or dual-sided, roofs, you will need to work out the square meterage of each side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.

Customer Collection Notice

Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.

When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.

During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.

We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:

  • Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
  • Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
  • We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
  • If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
  • Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Click & Collect – Pre-Booking Required

You are welcome to collect your order from either our Okehampton (Devon) or Andover (Hampshire) site. All collections must be pre-booked in advance so your items can be picked, packed and ready for you.

Once your items are ready, you will receive an email with a link to book your collection slot. Please note, same-day collections are not available and bookings must be made at least two hours in advance.
