Made from flexible polyurethane and supplied as a pair, they help create a neat, weather‑resistant seal at both the eaves and ridge on your tile form roof sheet installation.
About Our Tile Form Profile Foam Fillers
Exposed ends on your metal roof sheet installation will allow wind, rain, and debris to work their way into the roof space if left unsealed. To help combat this, Cladco tile form profile foam fillers are supplied as a pair to help protect vulnerable areas, providing a consistent barrier at both the eaves and the ridge.
Formed to match the shape of tile form roofing sheets, one filler is positioned beneath the sheet at the eaves, sitting between the final purlin and the underside of the sheeting. The second filler is installed at the opposite end of the sheet, between the sheet and the ridge flashing, helping maintain protection wherever the profile terminates.

Manufactured from durable polyurethane, each filler is 25mm wide x 1m long and compresses slightly to follow the contours of the tile form sheet, helping achieve a neat, weather‑resistant finish. Where additional security is required, the fillers can be used alongside adhesive sealant to help close any remaining gaps and support long‑term performance.

Standard collection lead time is 3-5 working days, this may vary depending on the product. If you would like to collect your order after 2 hours, please choose this option at checkout.

Vehicles we can and cannot load
Cladco Profiles® will only load flatbed lorries and flatbed trailers for insurance purposes. If the appropriate vehicle is not available, two people would be required for a collection.
Cladco Profiles® will NOT load any vehicles with roof racks, horse boxes, cattle lorries or fixed-sided trailers. Cladco Profiles® has the right to refuse loading a vehicle for any reason.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Click & Collect – Pre-Booking Required
You are welcome to collect your order from either our Okehampton (Devon) or Andover (Hampshire) site. All collections must be pre-booked in advance so your items can be picked, packed and ready for you.
Please do not travel to site without a confirmed collection time, as we cannot guarantee your order will be available.
Once your items are ready, you will receive an email with a link to book your collection slot. Please note, same-day collections are not available and bookings must be made at least two hours in advance.
When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation and follow the signage to the collection area where a member of our team will assist you.
