Cladco 30/500 standing seam sheets without ribs provide a popular flat profile finish, benefitting from hidden fixings and a durable, weather-resistant GreenCoat® Pural BT coating. With an A1-fire rating, these sheets can be cut to 8m lengths, with or without an eaves lip for either roofing or cladding installations.
More About Standing Seam Roof Sheets Without Ribs
Manufactured from pre-coated steel, our A1 fire-rated standing seam sheeting provides a long-lasting, durable solution and a fixing-free exterior for a wide range of applications, including domestic and commercial projects for both cladding and roofing purposes.
The A1 fire rating (BS EN 13501) is the highest classification available for construction materials, confirming it as a fully non-combustible, smoke-resistant material that will not produce flaming droplets during a fire.
Standing seam sheeting comes with either a 32mm pre-folded eaves lip for a secure attachment to eaves flashings, or straight-cut sheet ends for wall cladding. Simply select your preference from the drop-down above. Please note that the addition of an eaves lip is not required for cladding installations.
Cladco standing seam sheets are made from 0.7mm thick, SSAB Nordic quality steel using an eco-friendly GreenCoat® Pural BT coating. Our standing seam sheeting is certified to BES 6001, rated A+ by the BRE Green Guide, and made from 100% recyclable materials, highlighting our commitment to sustainability.

Each sheet provides 500mm width coverage and can be used for both cladding and roofing projects, either together or separately. Alongside flashings, you can create a resistant and sealed exterior solution.

For optimal installation, we also provide Vent 3 Pro breathable membrane that can be used over OSB board or plywood board. We recommend using annular ring nails to secure standing seam roofing sheets and flashings.
For projects situated in areas prone to strong winds or coastal conditions, you may want to include extra fixings for added peace of mind. Our low-profile stitcher screws, available in stainless steel or Ruspert®-coated options, are colour-matched to your roof and ideal for discreetly securing flashings or trims where extra reinforcement is needed.
For fixing sheets into timber or connecting overlapping runs lengthways, our 35mm low-profile wood screws offer a discreet and reliable solution.
For a full list of tools required, and detailed installation information, please refer to our standing seam installation guide.
When turning over standing seam sheets, we advise turning in a clockwise direction (facing the eaves end) to avoid damaging or creasing the sheets.

Working out the total square meterage of your roof will require measuring the total width of the roof’s area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point) to the apex (the highest point) of the roof. This should be undertaken carefully and safely.
We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square meterage of the roof.
For apex, or dual-sided, roofs, you will need to work out the square meterage of each side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
