As well as being an integral component of your Box Profile, Standing Seam or Corrugated Roof, Flashings are also a good opportunity to enhance the aesthetics of your building. High Quality Steel
The coated steel strips we make into our Flashings are produced in accordance with a strict series of quality standards by leading suppliers, giving us traceability and quality control. All our steel sheets have been independently tested to current CE EN 14782 requirements for your peace of mind.
Durable Coatings
As a roofing sheet material, steel has long been used and has the added benefit of being recyclable. To produce our pre-coated sheets, a system of multi-layer coatings is applied to the zinc-coated high tensile steel strip and then oven-cured to ensure optimum adhesion. This gives Flashings with excellent corrosion resistance and climatic protection together with abrasion resistance and a strong structure.
Standard Flashings for Corrugated Roofs & More
Our standard range of Flashings for Corrugated Roofs and Box Profile Roofs includes 90° Corner Barge Roof Flashings, also known as Verge Flashings, and 130° Ridge Flashings for the apex of a roof. Both styles are available as 150mm and 200mm widths, measured from the centre to edge. Our Roof Edge Flashings are available in lengths of 3 metres and can be joined lengthwise with a 150mm overlap.
Our Metal Edging Trims are available in PVC Plastisol, Polyester Paint, GreenCoat® Pural BT coloured coatings, plus a galvanised zinc option. Find out more about the coatings and colours available by reading our Coatings page.
Standing Seam Roofing & Cladding Flashings
Our Standing Seam Steel Sheets require a range of flashings for roofing and cladding applications. Flashings to complete your Standing Seam Cladding project include J-Rails, Drip Trays and Corner Flashings. To install your Standing Seam Roof, there is a range of Flashings and Flashing Kits to discover, which include Barge Flashings, Eaves Flashings and Ridge Flashings.
Our Flashings for Standing Seam ensure a complete and sleek finish to your project and increase the protection of your building and roof, with a matching coating of GreenCoat® Pural BT. Custom Flashings are also available for Cladco Standing Seam Sheeting, if required for your project.
High Quality Metal Roof Edge Flashings
We can provide everything you’ll need to complete your roofing project perfectly. As well as the standard range of roof flashings above, we can shape our high-quality coated steel into a range of angles to suit your requirements for any profile such as Corrugated, Standing Seam, Box Profile and Tile Form sheeting.
As well as our Standard Flashings, common Custom Flashings that we create include Apron Trims, used for sealing the join where roof sheets come off a wall, and Drip Trays and Sill Flashings to trim the bottom edge of vertical side cladding or window and door reveals.
