About our Cladco Nordeck woodgrain effect bullnose boardsÂ
Cladco Nordeck woodgrain effect bullnose boards have been manufactured using superior high-end, PVC-ASA co-extrusion technology to create a superior woodgrain effect decking board.
Nordeck is 100% timber-free, which reduces the risk of fading, scratching or staining, whilst still achieving a natural timber effect without compromising on quality. For added peace of mind, the Nordeck range is backed by a 20-year stain and fade warranty.
The dense core within our 3.6m Nordeck woodgrain effect bullnose boards is made from highly resistant PVC material, which is then coated with an ASA (acrylic-styrene-acrylonitrile) resin shell. This provides a highly weather and scratch-resistant surface, offering both strength and durability even in wet weather conditions.

These bullnose boards feature a luxurious woodgrain effect finish and are available in all seven standard Nordeck colours: Chestnut, cedar wood, silver birch, black, walnut, ebony and ash grey. To ensure a seamless installation, 3.6m Nordeck woodgrain effect decking boards and 3.6m Nordeck woodgrain effect fascia boards are also available.
Beneficial properties of Nordeck bullnose decking boards
ASA stands for acrylic-styrene-acrylonitrile, which is a superior weather-resistant resin that does not fade due to being highly resistant to UV rays. This material is often used by high-end car manufacturers due to its tough, durable properties for use in all weather conditions. The ASA resin shell is highly resistant to damp conditions, mould, mildew and rot.
Cladco 3.6m Nordeck woodgrain effect bullnose boards are ideal for projects where decking needs to be installed low to the ground or in areas prone to dampness and standing water. The superior moisture resistance of the ASA coating ensures that even the wettest areas, such as those around swimming pools and hot tubs, can benefit from the durability and superior performance of Nordeck decking.
Installing these boards is quick and easy using 65mm SPEEDDEKZ 316 stainless steel screws. To prevent weeds and plants from protruding through your decking boards and subframe, we recommend using a heavy-duty weed control mat.
Nordeck decking is low-maintenance and can be cleaned effortlessly with warm soapy water. For optimal results and to maintain its appearance, we recommend using a pressure washer. To tackle tougher dirt and grime on your decking, our Cladco ultimate composite decking cleaner, with its fast-working foam formula, is the ideal choice, providing a deep clean and restoring your decking’s vibrant look.

Vehicles we can and cannot load
Cladco Profiles will only load flatbed lorries and flatbed trailers for insurance purposes. If the appropriate vehicle is not available, two people would be required for a collection.
Cladco Profiles will NOT load any vehicles with roof racks, horse boxes, cattle lorries or fixed-sided trailers. Cladco Profiles has the right to refuse loading a vehicle for any reason.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Click & Collect – Pre-Booking Required
You are welcome to collect your order from either our Okehampton (Devon) or Andover (Hampshire) site. All collections must be pre-booked in advance so your items can be picked, packed and ready for you.
Please do not travel to site without a confirmed collection time, as we cannot guarantee your order will be available.
Once your items are ready, you will receive an email with a link to book your collection slot. Please note, same-day collections are not available and bookings must be made at least two hours in advance.
When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation and follow the signage to the collection area where a member of our team will assist you.
