Manufactured from a combination of recycled hardwood fibres and recycled plastic, these composite decking boards offer good resistance to rot, splintering, warping and insect damage. The hollow‑core construction makes the boards lighter and easier to handle during installation, which can be particularly beneficial when fitting longer 4m lengths.
As with all composite decking that contains natural fibres, some colour variation and weathering should be expected. An initial colour stabilisation period will take place within the first few months after installation, with the extent influenced by sunlight exposure and weather conditions. Signature decking requires minimal upkeep and does not need painting or staining. To help maintain the appearance of your boards over time, we recommend regular use of a composite decking cleaner to remove surface dirt and debris, along with our composite decking reviver to refresh the finish and restore colour where required.

Fixing Guidance
To support a clean, secure installation, Signature decking can be fitted using composite decking locking clips to help maintain consistent spacing and reduce the risk of board movement. T‑clips can be used alongside to create uniform gapping, including at butt joints, helping promote drainage and reduce standing water. Corner trims, joists, fixings and sealants are also available to ensure a straightforward installation.

Please note: this product does not have a fire rating, so always check relevant building regulations for balcony and roof terrace installations. For hot tub, spa or pool surrounds, avoid chemical spills and rinse any splashes promptly to help protect the surface.

If you are ordering both 2.4m and 4m boards, please note that shade variation between lengths may occur. Ordering all boards in one batch and mixing them prior to installation can help achieve a more consistent overall finish. Boards may also appear different in wet and dry conditions, which can make tonal differences more noticeable. For shaded, damp or algae‑prone areas, or for environments subject to harsher exposure, alternative ranges may be more suitable.

Vehicles we can and cannot load
Cladco Profiles® will only load flatbed lorries and flatbed trailers for insurance purposes. If the appropriate vehicle is not available, two people would be required for a collection.
Cladco Profiles® will NOT load any vehicles with roof racks, horse boxes, cattle lorries or fixed-sided trailers. Cladco Profiles® has the right to refuse loading a vehicle for any reason.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Click & Collect – Pre-Booking Required
You are welcome to collect your order from either our Okehampton (Devon) or Andover (Hampshire) site. All collections must be pre-booked in advance so your items can be picked, packed and ready for you.
Please do not travel to site without a confirmed collection time, as we cannot guarantee your order will be available.
Once your items are ready, you will receive an email with a link to book your collection slot. Please note, same-day collections are not available and bookings must be made at least two hours in advance.
When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation and follow the signage to the collection area where a member of our team will assist you.
