Each board features a dual‑sided, reversible profile, allowing you to choose between a high‑quality woodgrain effect pattern for a more traditional appearance or narrow grooves for improved slip resistance and a contemporary aesthetic. The Signature range is available in a variety of colour finishes, including coffee and stone grey, removing the need to paint or treat the boards yourself.
To qualify for the 10‑year warranty, boards must be installed onto a Cladco recycled plastic subframe and fitted in line with the installation guide.

The hollow‑core design makes handling and installation simpler, while still providing the strength required for everyday use in busy outdoor spaces, such as family homes. Manufactured from a blend of recycled hardwood fibres and recycled plastic, Signature composite decking offers good resistance to rot, splintering, insect damage and warping when installed in suitable environments.
Once installed, the boards will naturally stabilise in colour over the first few months, depending on exposure to sunlight and weather conditions. With no need for painting or staining, maintenance is kept to a minimum, making this range ideal for customers who value affordability and ease of ownership.
To help maintain the appearance of your boards over the years, we recommend the regular use of a composite decking cleaner and reviver to refresh the surface and restore colour where required.

Fixing Guidance
Signature composite decking boards are designed for straightforward installation, making them suitable for both DIY and trade use. Boards must be installed using Cladco T‑clips and 6mm composite decking locking clips, which work together to maintain consistent spacing between boards and allow for natural expansion and contraction. For warranty consideration, both T‑clips and 6mm locking clips must be used when installing Signature composite decking boards.
T‑clips form part of the required fixing system alongside 6mm locking clips, including at butt joints, helping to create uniform gaps, support drainage and reduce the risk of standing water.
Where stainless steel clips are used as part of the fixing system, 3mm locking clips must also be incorporated to meet Signature decking warranty requirements.

When purchasing composite decking across multiple orders, please be aware that colours may vary between batches. Even within a single order, slight shade differences can occur. If boards from the same order are used across separate projects, they may also stabilise at different rates over time.
We recommend checking your boards before installation and mixing them during fitting to help minimise any visible variation. Please also note that Cladco Signature boards can appear different in wet and dry conditions, which may make colour differences more noticeable.

When working out the size of your Decking project, calculating the square meterage will help determine the number of Boards required. To do this, simply measure the longest and shortest edges of your Decking project and multiply these numbers together for the square meterage.
For L-shaped Decking areas, calculate the square meterage of each section, and then add all the sections together to work out your total square meterage for the whole project. For circular areas, locate the centre of the circle and measure outwards to the edge to get the radius. Multiply the radius by itself, then multiply the result by 3.142 to find the total area in square metres.

Vehicles we can and cannot load
Cladco Profiles® will only load flatbed lorries and flatbed trailers for insurance purposes. If the appropriate vehicle is not available, two people would be required for a collection.
Cladco Profiles® will NOT load any vehicles with roof racks, horse boxes, cattle lorries or fixed-sided trailers. Cladco Profiles® has the right to refuse loading a vehicle for any reason.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Click & Collect – Pre-Booking Required
You are welcome to collect your order from either our Okehampton (Devon) or Andover (Hampshire) site. All collections must be pre-booked in advance so your items can be picked, packed and ready for you.
Please do not travel to site without a confirmed collection time, as we cannot guarantee your order will be available.
Once your items are ready, you will receive an email with a link to book your collection slot. Please note, same-day collections are not available and bookings must be made at least two hours in advance.
When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation and follow the signage to the collection area where a member of our team will assist you.
