Cladco Profiles Pricing Terms & Conditions

These Promotional Pricing Terms and Conditions apply to all time-limited offers, including Black Friday and any future promotional events. They operate in addition to Cladco’s standard Terms and Conditions. Where a conflict exists, these promotional terms will take precedence for the duration of the relevant promotion.

1.1 Promotional pricing applies only to the specific products, SKUs or ranges clearly identified as part of the relevant offer.
1.2 Any products not explicitly listed remain at standard pricing.

2.1 All promotional prices are valid only for the stated date or time period and will not be honoured before or after that window.
2.2 Promotional pricing does not follow the standard 30-day quote validity. Any quotes issued during a promotion are valid for that promotional day only unless otherwise stated.

3.1 All promotional offers are subject to stock availability.
3.2 Cladco reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace promotional prices at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Discounts apply solely to the products and SKUs included in the promotion.
4.2 Some items may be excluded due to availability, technical constraints or supplier restrictions.
4.3 Promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or trade agreements unless stated otherwise.

5.1 To qualify for promotional pricing, payment must be completed within the promotional period.
5.2 Prices cannot be back-dated, applied retrospectively, or adjusted for orders placed outside the promotional window.
5.3 Online and offline pricing may differ depending on stock levels, system processing times, or product availability.

6.1 In the event of a pricing error, misprint, or technical issue, Cladco reserves the right to cancel or amend orders prior to dispatch. Customers will be notified and offered the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

7.1 Cladco may apply reasonable purchase limits per customer or order to ensure fair access to promotional pricing.

8.1 Standard delivery charges, lead times and exclusions apply unless otherwise stated.
8.2 Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed during peak promotional periods and may vary based on demand.
