Cladco Profiles® Promotional Terms & Conditions

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions, offers, discounts, sales, bundles, incentives and free‑gift promotions run by Cladco Profiles Ltd (“Cladco”, “we”, “our”, “us”), unless stated otherwise.

By participating in any promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms & Conditions, together with Cladco’s standard website terms and applicable Conditions of Sale.

The promoter is Cladco Profiles® Ltd (Company No. 03598990), Beardown Road, Exeter Road Industrial Estate, Okehampton, Devon, EX20 1UA.

2.1 Promotions are open to UK residents only, unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Participants must be 18 years or over.

2.3 Employees of Cladco Profiles® Ltd, its agents, or their immediate families may be excluded where stated.

3.1 Each promotion runs for the dates stated on the Cladco Profiles® website or within relevant promotional material.

3.2 Cladco Profiles® reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including where misuse or error is identified.

4.1 Promotions apply only to qualifying products as explicitly stated.

4.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise: 

4.2.1 Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

4.2.2 Promotions are subject to availability and apply while stocks last.

4.2.3 Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5.1 Discount codes must be entered at checkout and are valid only when applied correctly.

5.2 Discount codes are: 

5.2.1 Non‑transferable

5.2.2 Not redeemable for cash or credit

5.2.3 Not valid retrospectively on completed orders

5.3 Cladco Profiles® reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders where discount codes are used incorrectly or in breach of these Promotional Terms.

6.1 Free gifts are available while stocks last.

6.2 No cash alternative, substitute or upgrade will be offered.

6.3 Free gifts may be dispatched separately and delivery times may vary.

7.1 Promotions do not apply to trade (B2B) accounts.

7.2 Promotions do not apply to custom‑made, bespoke or cut‑to‑size products, including (but not limited to): 

7.2.1 Made‑to‑order products

7.2.2 Insulated panels

7.2.3 Special finishes

8.1 Refunds are calculated based on the discounted price actually paid.

8.2 Where a promotion included a free gift, the gift must be returned unused in order to receive a full refund.

8.3 All returns remain subject to Cladco Profiles®’ standard Returns Policy.

9.1 Cladco Profiles® reserves the right to:

9.1.1 Correct any pricing, typographical or promotional errors

9.1.2 Cancel, refuse or void orders where a promotion has been misused, applied incorrectly or deliberately exploited

9.3 This does not affect customers’ statutory rights.

10.1 Cladco Profiles® shall not be liable for technical issues, system failures or events beyond its reasonable control that affect a promotion.

10.2 Nothing in these Promotional Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11.1 All promotions are subject to Cladco Profiles® Ltd’s standard Conditions of Sale:

11.2 If there is any conflict between these Promotional Terms and the applicable Conditions of Sale, the Conditions of Sale shall prevail.

12.1 These Promotional Terms are governed by English law.

12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
