Brett Martin 68mm Round PVC 112.5° Downpipe Offset Bend in Black
Used to alter downpipe direction around architectural features, this 112.5° bend offers a gentler angle than the 92.5° bend. Made from PVC, it forms part of Brett Martin’s 68mm rainwater system and connects with a push-fit seal. Fully compatible with Brett Martin’s 112mm Roundstyle guttering.
Engineered to create a 112.5° change of direction in your rainwater drainage system, this PVC offset bend redirects Brett Martin’s 68mm round downpipes, before continuing the vertical run towards the drain. When a larger step-out is required, you can connect two offset bends together with one turned upward and one downward, to create a swan neck. This stepped arrangement is ideal for clearing wide projections or bringing the pipe back tight to the wall without resorting to sharp angles.
The fitting connects to Brett Martin's 68mm plain-ended round downpipe via a secure push-fit socket and is fully compatible with the Brett Martin 112mm Roundstyle guttering system. Moulded from gloss-black, UV-stabilised PVC, it is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and covered by Brett Martin’s 10-year guarantee.

Installation tips
Insert the plain end of the pipe into the socket of the bend until it seats fully. To allow for thermal expansion, retract the 68mm downpipe by at least 5mm before securing it to the wall. Spray the inside of the socket with a silicone-based lubricant to ease assembly and ensure a watertight fit.
Handling
This Brett Martin rainwater system is made from PVC, making it lightweight and easy to handle. All guttering and fittings should be handled with care at all times to avoid not only damage to the product but also preserve the appearance.
Storage
All Brett Martin products should be stored in conditions that will prevent the risk of damage and impact the appearance. Fittings and long items, such as gutter sections and pipes, should be kept in a cool, dry place. Gutter and pipe lengths should also be laid horizontally while in storage on a smooth, level surface to prevent distortion.
If storing gutters, pipes and fittings outdoors, ensure all items remain in their original packaging until installation to protect them and maintain their original appearance.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance of your rainwater gutter systems is essential, with cleaning recommended at least once a year. In areas prone to significant windborne debris, such as falling leaves, more frequent inspections and clearing may be necessary.
The high-gloss finish of the guttering helps resist dirt build-up, but when external cleaning is required, a mild detergent solution is suitable for removing surface grime without damaging the finish.

Vehicles we can and cannot load
Cladco Profiles will only load flatbed lorries and flatbed trailers for insurance purposes. If the appropriate vehicle is not available, two people would be required for a collection.
Cladco Profiles will NOT load any vehicles with roof racks, horse boxes, cattle lorries or fixed-sided trailers. Cladco Profiles has the right to refuse loading a vehicle for any reason.

Customer Collection Notice
For those customers wishing to collect materials, we ask you report to the office first in order to be seen by a member of the sales team. Your goods will then be picked and brought to your vehicle.
Please note that during busy periods you may experience a wait while our yard staff serve other customers or are loading/unloading other vehicles.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following points:
- It is the ultimately the responsibility of the customer to load his/her vehicle and to ensure the goods are safely/ securely strapped down.
- Our staff will be happy to assist you load your goods onto appropriate vehicles by way of fork lift trucks. Our staff will not handball any goods into enclose vehicles. The loading of the vehicle is carried out entirely at the customers own risk. We will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your vehicle or goods collected from our premises during the transport of said goods.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure both their vehicle and the goods are safe when they leave our premises.
- We can advise the approximate weight of materials prior to you arriving so that you can be sure your vehicle is capable of carrying the intended load. Please ensure that you bring appropriate ropes, straps or other securing materials as we are unable to provide you with any upon arrival.
- We strongly recommend you bring suitable protection materials to prevent your ropes/straps etc. be damaged by these edges. We recommend that you use good quality protective gloves when handling materials.
