Brett Martin 110mm Round PVC Downpipe in Black
These 110mm PVC single push-fit socket pipes are designed for use as high-capacity downpipes within Brett Martin’s 170mm Deepstyle gutter system. They feature an integrated rubber seal for quick, secure installation and meet BS EN 1329 performance standards.
Part of Brett Martin’s industrial rainwater downpipe system, these 110mm PVC pipes with a single socket are designed for above-ground rainwater drainage applications. Available in 3m, 4m, and 6m lengths, they integrate seamlessly with Brett Martin’s Deepstyle 170mm gutter system as a high-capacity downpipe and are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1329 performance standards.
Their push-fit socket include an integrated rubber seal, allowing for quick, watertight jointing without solvent welding, making them ideal for fast, secure assembly on-site. This makes these pipes a reliable choice for new builds, drainage system upgrades or extensions.

Installation tips
Push the plain end of the pipe into a compatible socket with the rubber seal in place. Ensure the seal is clean and lightly lubricated if needed. Leave a 5mm gap within the socket to accommodate expansion.
To install it as a downpipe, start by fitting it to the offset bend. Use a spirit level to ensure vertical alignment, then mark wall fixing points using the pipe bracket. Drill, plug and fix the pipe securely to the wall. Where multiple pipes need to discharge into a single system, hoppers may be used.
An offset may be required to follow the line of the lower wall, and a drainpipe shoe should be added at the base to direct water into the gully. Once fitted, water-test the system to confirm that the fall is correct and all joints are securely connected.
Handling
This Brett Martin rainwater system is manufactured from lightweight PVC, making it easy to carry and install. However, care should still be taken when handling gutter lengths and fittings to prevent knocks or scratches that could affect both performance and finish.
Storage
To keep your Brett Martin guttering and fittings in top condition, store all items in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight or impact risk. Gutter and pipe sections should be laid flat on a smooth, level surface to prevent warping or distortion. If outdoor storage is unavoidable, leave items in their original packaging until they’re ready to be installed, as this helps protect the surface and maintain their appearance.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance of your rainwater gutter systems is essential, with cleaning recommended at least once a year. In areas prone to significant windborne debris, such as falling leaves, more frequent inspections and clearing may be necessary.
The high-gloss finish of the guttering helps resist dirt build-up, but when external cleaning is required, a mild detergent solution is suitable for removing surface grime without damaging the finish.

Vehicles we can and cannot load
Cladco Profiles will only load flatbed lorries and flatbed trailers for insurance purposes. If the appropriate vehicle is not available, two people would be required for a collection.
Cladco Profiles will NOT load any vehicles with roof racks, horse boxes, cattle lorries or fixed-sided trailers. Cladco Profiles has the right to refuse loading a vehicle for any reason.

Customer Collection Notice
For those customers wishing to collect materials, we ask you report to the office first in order to be seen by a member of the sales team. Your goods will then be picked and brought to your vehicle.
Please note that during busy periods you may experience a wait while our yard staff serve other customers or are loading/unloading other vehicles.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following points:
- It is the ultimately the responsibility of the customer to load his/her vehicle and to ensure the goods are safely/ securely strapped down.
- Our staff will be happy to assist you load your goods onto appropriate vehicles by way of fork lift trucks. Our staff will not handball any goods into enclose vehicles. The loading of the vehicle is carried out entirely at the customers own risk. We will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your vehicle or goods collected from our premises during the transport of said goods.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure both their vehicle and the goods are safe when they leave our premises.
- We can advise the approximate weight of materials prior to you arriving so that you can be sure your vehicle is capable of carrying the intended load. Please ensure that you bring appropriate ropes, straps or other securing materials as we are unable to provide you with any upon arrival.
- We strongly recommend you bring suitable protection materials to prevent your ropes/straps etc. be damaged by these edges. We recommend that you use good quality protective gloves when handling materials.
