Cladco Warranty Registration Form

To activate your product warranty, please complete this form within 6 months of receiving delivery of your purchase. Any registration form submitted after this timeframe will not be considered. By registering your product, you help us maintain accurate records and ensure that you are covered in the event of any warranty-related issues. Please note: Warranty registration confirms the accuracy of your order details only. Installation information is collected for recording purposes and is not verified. Registration does not confirm correct installation, and improper installation may void or limit warranty coverage.

Where were products stored before installation?
Has the product acclimatised to the environment?
Was the required airflow gap allowed underneath the product? (based on product-specific requirements)?

Were expansion gaps between boards/panels and walls allowed?
What type of fixings were used for installation?
Were the correct number of fixings used per board/panel (as per product guidelines)?

How frequently is the product cleaned?
What cleaning products have been used (if any)?
Has any repair or maintenance work been done on the product since installation?
Have any stains or finishes been applied?
Have you regularly cleaned debris off the product (if applicable)?
Is there any garden furniture placed on or above the product? (eg. rattan furniture, hanging chair etc)

Please upload photos of the product both during installation and after completion to support your warranty registration. These images help us verify that the installation meets our requirements. If photos are not provided, we are unable to corroborate your responses, which may limit our ability to validate any future warranty claim.
