34/1000 Box Profile PVC Plastisol Coated Roof Sheet
Looking for metal sheets with enhanced surface durability and long‑term weather protection? Cladco 34/1000 PVC plastisol‑coated box profile sheets offer added rigidity from their seven ribs and 34mm depth, ideal for industrial, agricultural, commercial and suitable domestic projects. Choose 0.5mm for cladding or 0.7mm for roofing, in eleven colours.
About Our 34/1000 Box Profile PVC Plastisol Coated Roof Sheets
When your project calls for improved durability and long‑term weather protection, Cladco 34/1000 PVC plastisol‑coated box profile sheets deliver dependable performance across industrial, agricultural and commercial settings, and can also be specified for suitable domestic applications. Available as single‑skin sheets in 0.5mm and 0.7mm thicknesses, they can form part of a built‑up insulated system, be used to over‑clad an existing roof, or provide a robust, standalone covering.
With a 34mm profile depth and seven profiles per sheet, the 34/1000 design offers greater rigidity than our 32/1000 alternative (six profiles). The profiles are set at 166mm centres, providing an effective 1000mm cover width when lapped, with pan sections of approximately 71mm. This deeper, tighter profile layout increases resistance to uplift and creates a more industrial aesthetic, well suited to exposed or remote locations.
Benefits of 34/1000 Box Profile Sheets
- Reliable on exposed or remote sites
- Strong seven‑rib profile for added rigidity
- Suitable for roofing and cladding applications
- 200‑micron PVC plastisol, leather‑grain durability
- Installs safely on roof pitches of 4°
You can choose between 0.5mm and 0.7mm sheets to achieve the right balance of weight and strength. The 0.5mm option is a practical choice for cladding, while 0.7mm provides the added rigidity typically required for roofing applications. For roofing projects where condensation control is needed, 0.7mm sheets are available with Dripstop, a factory‑applied anti‑condensation layer that absorbs moisture and helps prevent internal drips.
Finished in a leather‑grain PVC plastisol coating and available in eight colours, including goosewing grey and olive green, each sheet is primed and the external face is coated with 200 microns of embossed plastisol for outstanding durability. The reverse (internal) face is galvanised and completed with a standard alkali grey wash coat. This multi‑layer system provides excellent resistance to scratching, damage and UV exposure, typically offering 15–25 years to first maintenance and a lifespan in excess of 40 years in normal environments.

Fixing Guidance
For installation flexibility, 34/1000 PVC plastisol sheets can be used as single‑skin, within a built‑up insulated system, or to over‑clad existing roofs and walls. When used for roofing, installation is suitable on pitches of 4° or higher, using conventional through‑sheet self‑drilling fasteners fixed through the valley of the profile.
To complete the system, we supply a full range of matching box profile flashings in the same PVC plastisol finish, helping you achieve a consistent appearance and reliable, long‑lasting weather protection. For a neat result, colour‑matching screw caps are also available to conceal fixings.
You can find out more about how to ensure a successful installation of your 34/1000 box profile sheets by taking a look at our installation guide. It will also provide information on foam fillers, flashings, and fixings.

Working out the total square meterage of your roof will require measuring the total width of the roof’s area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point) to the apex (the highest point) of the roof. This should be undertaken carefully and safely.
We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square meterage of the roof.
For apex, or dual-sided, roofs, you will need to work out the square meterage of each side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
