13/3 Corrugated PVC Plastisol Coated Roof Sheet
After a traditional look for your roofing? Or do you dream of modern, sleek exterior cladding? Our 13/3 corrugated sheets do just that, with the versatility to adapt to your project requirements. The PVC-coated sheets are also the most durable in our corrugated range, with many colour options to ensure that you get the correct fit for your vision.
About Our 13/3 Corrugated PVC Plastisol Coated Roof Sheets
Often utilised on agricultural projects, our corrugated sheets have become a popular choice for commercial, industrial and domestic jobs due to their modern appearance. This, combined with a PVC plastisol finish, makes for an incredibly resistant metal sheet - ready to perform on any cladding or roofing project.
The 0.5mm and 0.7mm sheets are designed to suit cladding and roofing installation, respectively. The thinner sheet is lightweight, still durable, but is easier to manage and use for cladding. Whereas the slightly thicker sheet is designed for extra load bearing, making it more equipped for roofing.
Benefits of 13/3 Corrugated Sheets
- Tough PVC plastisol coating for long‑lasting protection
- Suitable for contemporary or traditional projects
- Versatile for domestic, agricultural and commercial builds
- Strong 13‑wave profile for reliable performance
- Wide 990mm cover width for efficient installation
These corrugated sheets are PVC plastisol-coated for increased resistance against scratching, weather, and damage over time. The typical life of this finish is 15-25 years, before needing to repaint or carry out maintenance, with an overall lifespan in excess of 40 years! As well as offering this protection, the PVC coating is available in a wide range of colours to give you the exact design that you’re after. For more information, see our choice of coatings page here.
Each rounded profile is 76mm, spanning the 13 corrugations, with a total coverage of 990mm when lapped with another sheet. The maximum sheet length varies depending on the thickness, with the 0.5mm sheet being 5m and the 0.7mm sheets being 7m. Custom-length sheets are available, but only via our wonderful sales team. Please get in contact with them if this is required.

Fixing Guidance
Using flashings within your installation will help to keep the entire system safe from water ingress and prolong the life of the project overall. Our range spans from barges, abutments and drip trays to make sure that you have everything you need to create a professional finish.
Our self-drilling 65mm screws are an optimal way to secure the sheets, with BAZ washers that help properly seal the fixings. This should be done on the top of the profile peaks, as opposed to the valleys, to ensure that the washers work correctly. Please also be aware not to over- or under-tighten the screws, as this will also cause them struggle to keep water from entering the roofing or cladding system.
When undertaking roofing projects, we recommend a minimum roof pitch of 10° so that rain or debris can still run off the sheets. As an extra step, you can add foam fillers to your installation to help reduce wind and fallen leaves from getting into the roofing.
Please refer to the relevant installation guide for more detailed information.

Working out the total square meterage of your roof will require measuring the total width of the roof’s area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point) to the apex (the highest point) of the roof. This should be undertaken carefully and safely.
We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square meterage of the roof.
For apex, or dual-sided, roofs, you will need to work out the square meterage of each side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
