13/3 Corrugated Polyester Paint Coated Roof Sheet
Whether you’re looking to create a traditional or modern look with your project, these corrugated polyester paint sheets are ready to solve your roofing or cladding needs. These strong, reliable galvanised coated sheets have the classic corrugated profile that is recognisable from agricultural projects, but are also often used for more contemporary or commercial designs.
About Our 13/3 Corrugated Polyester Paint Coated Roof Sheets
Our 13/3 corrugated roofing and cladding sheets are the perfect addition to any domestic, industrial, commercial or agricultural build. This popular solution is versatile and can be used for all types of projects; to clad existing exterior, make up part of an insulated build-up system or purely as a single-skin sheet.
Available in two thicknesses, you can find the most suitable sheet for you. We recommend using the 0.5mm thick sheet for cladding installations, due to its lightweight nature, while the 0.7mm corrugated sheets provide the increased strength needed for sturdy roofing projects.
Benefits of 13/3 Corrugated Sheets
- Versatile for domestic, agricultural and commercial builds
- Suitable for contemporary or traditional projects
- 13‑wave profile delivers reliable sheet strength
- Wide 990mm cover width for efficient installation
- Durable polyester paint finish available in five colours
The 13-round waves of the profile create a strong and reliable metal sheet that provides a lightweight yet reliable protective layer to any exterior build. Each sheet has 990mm coverage when lapped, and is available in lengths up to 7m for roofing, and 5m for cladding jobs. Dripstop is also available on our corrugated sheeting, providing increased protection for excess condensation within the structure. You can find more Dripstop information here.
Cost-effective yet stylish, this polyester paint finish comes in five colours, offering a 25-micron coating that provides not only colour, but protection. The strong galvanised sheets, with this coating, have a lifespan of around 8–12 years before needing to repaint, and upwards of 20 years before needing to think about replacing the sheets. Be aware that this finish can be scratched when mishandled, so please take care when installing. You can learn more about the choice of coatings here.

Fixing Guidance
For roofing installations, the lowest recommended pitch is 10° using standard self-drilling fasteners. These screws with the BAZ washer will create a tight seal on the sheets and minimise risks of leaks. Our wide range of corresponding flashings is here to fully complete your project. We can accommodate custom-length sheets and flashings if needed.
The installation of the corrugated roofing and cladding sheets is easier than it seems. Make sure to screw the fasteners on the peaks of the profile, rather than the valleys. Also, take care not to under- or over-tighten them so that the seal works effectively. We also have colour-matching screw caps that will help to create a more sleek or concealed fixing system. If you need extra wind protection on the edges of the roofing sheets, we have corrugated foam fillers that fit snugly in the gap.

Working out the total square meterage of your roof will require measuring the total width of the roof’s area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point) to the apex (the highest point) of the roof. This should be undertaken carefully and safely.
We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square meterage of the roof.
For apex, or dual-sided, roofs, you will need to work out the square meterage of each side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.

Customer Collection Notice
Please ensure you have pre-booked your collection slot before travelling to site.
When arriving to collect your order, please report to a member of our Warehouse Team who will register your arrival and locate your goods. Once ready, your items will be picked and brought to your vehicle loading area.
During busy periods, there may be a short wait while our yard team assist other customers or complete other loading tasks. We always do our best to work within your booked collection time.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following important points:
- Loading is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. While our team can assist with mechanical loading using forklifts, we cannot handball items into enclosed vehicles. Customers must ensure their vehicle is suitable and that goods are safely loaded and adequately secured before leaving the premises.
- Sharp sheeting, metal goods, and long/heavy items may pose additional handling risks. Please come prepared with high-quality protective gloves, and any appropriate protection materials to avoid damage to your vehicle or restraints (e.g. ropes or straps). The edges of roofing sheets and metal products can be extremely sharp, and care should be taken when handling.
- We strongly recommend that customers bring their own straps, ropes, or other securing materials, as we are unable to provide these at the point of collection.
- If you are unsure of your vehicle’s load capacity, we can advise the approximate weight of your order in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods safely and legally.
- Cladco will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or goods once they have been loaded and leave our premises. Loading assistance is provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
