Trisomet 333 Roof and Sideclad profile system
Trisomet composite panel system, a roof and wall system providing fast insulated construction.
Trisomet is a profiled metal sheet and polyurethane insulation composite giving a sheet with 1000mm cover width and a profile depth of 32mm and an insulated core thickness of 40, 60, 80 or 100mm.
Equally suited for roof or wall assembly. Steel facings are combined with an autohesively bonded HCFC and CFC free polyisocyanurates (PIR) polyurethane foam core that provides a very high insulating coefficient.

Benefits:
- Trisomet panel's steel interlocking joint gives a flush internal finish and gives 1 hour fire resistance.
- The panel carries approval by the LPCB and FM for both roof and wall applications.
- The interlocking angled joint compresses tightly to give excellent resistance to air permeability.
- Cold bridging is virtually eliminated.
- Closed cell foam and bonded construction makes the panel ideal for high humidity situations.
- Trisomet is fast to fix with the complete cladding system installed in one go.
- Panels are made in a factory controlled environment, making the system less dependent on site conditions during installation.
- Installation cost is low due to the simplicity and speed of installation.
- No side lap sealant is required for Trisomet, which reduces cost, time and labour.

NOTE: When used in roof applications, construction can be safely undertaken down to a 4 degree pitch using conventional through self drilling fasteners.
Factory assembled insulated rooflights and flashing complete the system, offering cost effective, fully insulated “warm construction” for industrial and commercial buildings.
